Cleveleys to Mereside Tesco via Blackpool
Changes to Where to Catch Your Bus in the Town Centre

7th Nov onwards

On Sunday 11 November during the Remembrance Sunday Parade, the promenade will close. The promenade will not reopen on Sunday but remain closed as works on Talbot Road will extend towards the seafront on Monday 12 November. Talbot Road will remain closed between Talbot Square and Topping Street but the junction at Wilko will remain open with footpath works commencing around the roundabout (Wilko).  This means some of our services will be changing where they stop in the town centre from the start of service on Sunday 11 November. Between 10:00 and 13:00 on Sunday 11 November there will be an additional diversion to northbound services 5, 6, 7, 11 and 17 due to us having no access to Church Street from the promenade. Please check before you travel.

Service 3 & 4 Diversion - Anchorsholme Lane

12th Nov onwards

From Monday 12 November, Anchorsholme Lane at the crossing with the tram tracks will be closed for works. During this time, we will be diverting our services 3 & 4 in the area. This closure is expected to last up to four weeks. Service 3 to Cleveleys Park will operate as normal to North Drive then divert continuing on North Drive, left on Victoria Rd West, right in to Victoria Sq and back to normal route. Service 3 to Mereside Tesco – Normal route. Service 4 to Cleveleys will operate as normal to Russell Avenue, then left on Fleetwood Rd and normal route to Cleveleys Service 4 to Mereside Tesco – Normal route. You will be able to catch your services at any of the stops along the diverted route.

Our buses should leave main stops no later than 5 minutes past the scheduled time, and no earlier than 1 minute before. Drivers use main stops to keep running on time, but stops in between these are only estimates and drivers are not asked to wait at these stops. We do our best to run our buses on time, but please allow plenty of time to catch the bus and any connections as not everything is within our control.
