    Fleetwood to Starr Gate

    via Promenade

    • Closure of Lord Street, Fleetwood

      Lord Street in Fleetwood is currently closed due to a dangerous building.

      All trams are terminating at Fisherman's Walk. Stops at London Street, Victoria Street and Fleetwood Ferry cannot be served. A free shuttle bus linking Elm Street bus stop (next to Fisherman's Walk tram stop) to Fleetwood Market operates on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays running every 15 minutes between 10am and 3pm. At other times services 5 and 14 serve Fleetwood Market and Fleetwood Ferry.       Resort Rider services 1 and 2 - after leaving Affinity are then serving the northbound stop at Albert Square, and using Victoria Street, back to Dock Street to continue normal routes.

      Victoria Lines service 5 and Wyre Line 14 are using Station Road, Dock Street, Adelaide Street, to serve the northbound stop at Albert Square. Then when leaving Fleetwood Ferry are using Queens Terrance, Dock Street, Station Road and back to normal routes.

      Sorry for any inconvenience caused and we will resume normal services once the building is made safe or demolished and the road reopens.

    • Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride - Service 1 & 18 Diversion

      Today 06:00 - 18:00

      Due to the Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride, some bus services will be diverted between 6:00am and 6:30pm.

      Service 1
      Towards Fleetwood: Buses will operate their normal route to Starr Gate, then divert via Squires Gate Lane, Lytham Road, Tyldesley Road, Rigby Road, Central Drive, Albert Road, Regent Road, Cookson Street, Talbot Road, Dickson Road and the Promenade before rejoining the normal route.

      Towards St Annes: Buses will divert from the Promenade via Pleasant Street, Dickson Road, Talbot Road, Buchanan Street, George Street, Grosvenor Street, Park Road, Reads Avenue, Central Drive, Rigby Road, Tyldesley Road, Lytham Road and Squires Gate Lane, before rejoining the normal route at Starr Gate.

      Service 18
      Toward Poulton: Buses will follow their normal route to Bond Street, then divert via Station Road, Lytham Road and Highfield Road before rejoining the normal route.

      Toward Blackpool: Buses will follow their normal route to Highfield Road, then divert via Lytham Road and Station Road before rejoining the normal route.

      Due to roadworks blocking the stop, Halford place stop will not be in use until further notice in either direction.
