Sunday Savings Alert

1 month ago Fri 17th May 2024

Fantastic news for your weekend plans! From Sunday 26th May, customers can enjoy £1 Bus fares on Sundays and Bank Holidays across our network in partnership with  Lancashire County Council.

Don't have any plans? Take a look at our Things to Do and list of Attractions here and make this Sunday special.

What does this mean? It means all single fares issued on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be charged at £1 no matter where you go on our services or which bus you use!

We're proud to be part of the initiative which gives affordable travel on certain days and holidays, perfect for those lazy Sunday afternoons or busy Sunday mornings. You can concentrate on your plans and leave the driving to us!

This is a bus only initiative and isn’t currently available on our trams however, you can use it on buses right across the network, not just the 74 and 75 services.

Speaking of which, this brilliant offer will also work in conjunction with the current 74/75 savings. These routes are just £1 for single journeys on any day of the week after 7pm and also all day on a Sunday and Bank Holidays.

These special Sunday savings are only available on board so simply hop on and ask your driver.

Please note, the Sunday £1 fares are not available from our Tap On & Tap Off machines, you must ask your driver for a £1 single fare.
