Blackpool Transport is urging customers to use their voices to help shape future bus services on the Fylde coast.

The operator has reopened its successful ‘Big Bus Conversation’, aiming to build on the success of previous consultations that have led to improvements to routes and service frequency.

Hayley Gregory, Blackpool Transport’s Marketing Manager, explained: “Whether you are an occasional bus user, or use our network more regularly for work, education or leisure, we want to hear from you!”

“It couldn’t be easier to join the conversation, and the success of recent service changes shows that we do listen to feedback from customers and their opinions really matter to us.”

The consultation is part of Blackpool Transport’s wider commitment to matching routes and timetables to the needs of local communities, and the thousands of individuals who rely on its services every day.

“We’re keen to engage with people of all ages and from all walks of life, and their voices really will help shape their future journeys around Blackpool and the wider Fylde coast.” Hayley added.

The latest round of the Big Bus Conversation runs until the end of September, and anyone can take part by completing an online survey, which can be found here.
