We collect CCTV footage onboard all of our vehicles.
Personal data from bus users is necessary to verify entitlement to certain types of tickets before they can be activated in order to deliver the contractual service. This data includes your email address, a photo of your face (selfie) and a photo of any ID you provide to us. For example but not limited to biometric data including passport, driving licence or student ID.

How long do we keep your personal information?
How long we keep your personal information depends on why we have it and what we’re doing with it.

Data provided for verification purposes in our mobile app is typically destroyed within 24 hours but may be kept for up to 1 year to prevent fraud and to improve our services. The selfie is destroyed on account deletion. Anonymised data is used for research and statistical purposes.

Compliance with children's online privacy protection act
