Mobile Ticket FAQs

Travel made easy. Buy your ticket before you even leave the house and simply show your ticket on your phone to the driver or conductor.

How does it work?

Mobile Tickets
You can purchase anything from 1 Hour tickets to 30 Day tickets. Find the ticket for you and purchase securely with Apple/Android Pay or a debit/credit card. Once activated, just show your driver or conductor when boarding - no hassle.

Please don't use more than one device when travelling with mobile tickets. In order to prevent multiple persons using the same ticket, your account may be temporarily suspended if you log in or out too many times within a short space of time. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, just get in touch and we'll be able to help.

Children/Young Persons

To activate and use a Child or Young Person ticket, you'll first need to verify your age. You only have to do this once, and you'll then be able to purchase and use a Child or Young Person ticket without the need to carry your ID. 

Getting verified is easy. Once you have purchased a Child or Young Person ticket, you'll be prompted to upload a picture of yourself, either as a selfie or from your photo library. After that, you'll need to upload a photo of your ID. We accept a birth certificate, passport, driving licence or any nationally recognised ID card under the PASS scheme. You'll receive instructions on how to do this via email. Verifications are usually approved within 24 hours and can often be much quicker than that. If you're looking to travel sooner than this, you can contact our team who may be able to verify your age manually.

Family/Group tickets

Family & Group tickets offer excellent value for money when travelling together. 3 adults travelling together? Purchase our Group 24-hour ticket. For families (2 adults & 3 children or 1 adult & 4 children), our Family 24-hour ticket is for you. Just remember that you must all travel together at the same time.

Journey Planner
Enter a start and endpoint for your journey and we'll find the best route for you. Whether it's a trip to the shops or a family day out, say goodbye to needing multiple timetables to plan your journey.

Live Departures
Use the Explore function to see where you could go next. Find a stop and view live departures so you know exactly when your bus is due.  Travel from the same stop regularly?  Add it to your favourites for quick access.

Every timetable in the palm of your hand.  No need to collect new timetables when our services change either, we'll load them straight to the app. Don't have the app? You can still get paper copies of all our timetables via the Tourist Information Centre, Blackpool North Station or even your local library.
