Lytham Festival Travel Guide 2026

Heading to Lytham Festival this summer? Travel with us to see Teddy Swims, Alanis Morrisette, Michael Bublé, Pet Shop Boys, Pitbull and more on Lytham Green between the 1st and 5th July. 

Getting to and from Lytham Festival is easy with Blackpool Transport, and there will be extra Lytham Line buses between Blackpool and Lytham to make sure everyone gets to and from the festival safely and on time. There will also be dedicated 11X Festival Flyer buses running before and after the festival for fast connections from and to Blackpool Town Centre. 

 

Getting to Lytham Festival with our Lytham Line Services 

By bus  

Lytham Lines 11 runs from every 20 minutes through the daytimes Monday to Saturday and every 30 minutes on Sundays. There will be extra service 11X departures during the afternoons from Blackpool Town Centre direct to the Festival also from every 20 minutes. 
For cross-town connections the Cleveleys Connection 7 runs from Cleveleys, Bispham and North Station to Lytham, also serving St Annes Road.  Buses run every 30 minutes throughout the daytime and every hour in the evenings, 7 days a week. View the full timetable here.
Lytham Lines 10 runs from Blackpool Town Centre via Spen Corner and St Annes to Lytham from every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday daytimes and hourly during the evenings and on Sundays. View the full timetable here.

By tram  

If you are planning to travel by tram, it is easy to connect to our Cleveleys Connection 7 and Lytham Lines 11, 11X taking you directly into Lytham. 
The bus stop is a short 2-minute walk from Starr Gate tram stop.  

Arriving at North Station?  

If you are arriving in Blackpool via North Station, Cleveleys Connection 7 stops across the road on Talbot Road. Or a short walk to Market Street will give you access to all services to Lytham. 
Or you can hop onboard a tram at North Station straight to Starr Gate and pick up your connecting bus journey there.

Returning from Lytham festival 

If you have purchased any Blackpool Transport saver tickets, after the festival you will be able to access the dedicated 11X Festival Flyer to Blackpool Town Centre or alternatively can catch any Blackpool Transport service bus (Lytham Lines 10 or 11).

11X Festival Flyer 

On leaving the festival, the 11X Festival Flyer buses will  leave from the Lytham Festival transport hub located on West Beach. 

The 11X Festival Flyer is a direct route to Blackpool via: 

  • St Annes
  • Clifton Drive
  • Starr Gate  
  • Blackpool Town Centre 

Customers will be able to get off the bus at any bus stop along the route. 

The frequent service will start from 21:30 and run until around midnight to get festival goers home. 

On this dedicated festival service any Blackpool Transport ticket is valid for travel.

By tram  

For ongoing travel from Starr Gate to Fleetwood customers can catch the tram. 

The last trams are at 11pm and 11:30pm with an additional service running at midnight from Starr Gate. 

Lytham Line Services 10 and 11

After the festival Blackpool Transport’s service buses will be leaving from Church Road (opposite the County) just a short walk from the festival.  

The last service 11 from Church Road will be 11:45 the last service 10 will be at 11:14
