    Due to a shortage in crews, our tram service will not be able to operate the following trips today.

    20:15 Starr Gate – Fleetwood
    21:18 Fleetwood – Starr Gate

  • Tram service

    From Monday 20th December, our trams will be able to run the full length of the track with no disruptions as works have finished.

    So we can continue to run a stable and reliable tram service, we will continue to operate to the same level of service as our trams have been running to during the works, meaning they will serve a 20-minute frequency Monday - Friday daytime and every 15 minutes during evenings. At weekends we will run to a 15-minute frequency during the day and roughly a 7-minute frequency in the evenings.

    This allows us to operate an accurate and reliable service with minimal disruptions caused by the staffing shortages we're facing. This also means we can match our level of service with the demand for this time of year.

Our buses should leave main stops no later than 5 minutes past the scheduled time, and no earlier than 1 minute before. Drivers use main stops to keep running on time, but stops in between these are only estimates and drivers are not asked to wait at these stops. We do our best to run our buses ​on​ time, but please allow plenty of time to catch the bus and any connections as not everything is within our control.
