Human Resources Officer

We have an opportunity for a person who is passionate about people to join the Human Resources Team on a 12 month fixed term contract covering Maternity Leave.

The successful candidate will manage and maintain HR and employee records, data, policies and procedures to the company’s required standards. Along with the Human Resources Manager, you will support departmental managers in the resolution of HR issues related to the performance conduct and selection of their teams. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.

Do you have knowledge of relevant employment and equalities legislation and experience working in a busy Human Resources Environment?

Can you deal swiftly with issues as they arise, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks at once?

Are you approachable with the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels both internally and externally?
