Join us for a weekend of Heritage Tram events and celebrations on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th September, as we mark 136 years the Tramway first opened on 29th September 1885!
As ever, we have a weekend packed full of tram tours, bus tours, depot tours and more. Find out what's going on below.
Heritage Tram Tours
We’ll have up to 6 Heritage trams running each day offering frequent timetabled tours with hop-on/hop off availability at all heritage stops 10:30-17:30 with trams operating to various destinations along the tramway.
Heritage Day Travelcards can be bought on any tram/bus on the day or from the Blackpool Transport app costing only £15 adult, £7 child. This allows travel on bus, modern trams and daytime Heritage Trams (not valid on Illuminations tours).

All money raised from the Depot Tours will contribute directly to the restoration of our Heritage Tram depot. Read more about our fundraiser here.

We’ll also have our Shop Tram open for the event and a small selection of static trams on display on Blundell Street.
