Grundy Art Gallery's annual Open Exhibition aims to demonstrate the wide range of artwork created throughout Blackpool and the Fylde Coast today by the people who live and work here. In line with Grundy Art Gallery’s founding principles of showing the ‘art of the day’ and echoing Blackpool’s motto of ‘progress’, all art showcased has been created within the last 12 months and has never been shown before.
The exhibition brings together works produced in a wide range of media, from painting, drawing, photography and sculpture, the annual Open Exhibition always provides viewers with an exciting and diverse viewing experience.
