Disruption to Trams - Temporary 20 minute frequency

231 days ago Thu 29th Nov 2018

Making Blackpool Better

Due to works taking place on the tramway at North Pier there will be a temporary change to frequency from Sunday 9 December for up to 10 days. Trams will run every 20 minutes all day which will allow us to keep you moving and keep disruption to a minimum. Between Cabin and North Pier, trams will only be able to use the northbound side of the tracks in both directions. This means that for journeys towards Starr Gate from The Cliffs, Gynn Square, Wilton Parade and Pleasant Street, you should use the northbound stop instead.

These works are due to be completed by the end of Tuesday 18 December, meaning our trams will return to normal on Wednesday 19 December from the start of service.

As always we thank you for your patience as we work hard to minimise the disruption to your journey.

If we can be of any assistance or help with journey planning, please feel free to get in touch.
