Complaints Procedure

We do our best, but occasionally our services may not be as good as you would expect from us. If this happens please let us know. Your feedback helps us to deal with any problems and make sure that we get it right next time.

We always investigate complaints and aim to respond to you within seven working days.

Whilst we are always disappointed that we have let you down if you have to complain, we do also love to hear your positive comments about our services and staff. This helps us to understand what you liked about your experience with our services so that we can do more of it.
