Changes to your Tram Timetables from Sunday 28 August

1 month ago Mon 22nd Aug 2022

From Sunday 28 August, there will be a change to our tram timetable, seeing them run up to every 15 minutes during the daytime and up to every 10 minutes to Little Bispham in the evenings.

As the summer holidays come to an end, our daytime services tend to be a little quieter so we'll be running a 15-minute service from around 8 am until around 6 pm. During the illuminations evenings, things begin to get busier so we'll have trams running up to every 10 minutes between Little Bispham and Starr Gate and up to every 30 minutes between Fleetwood and Starr Gate to keep you moving.

Changing the frequency in this way means we can utilise our resources in the best way possible, having a regular and reliable service between Starr Gate and Fleetwood and a frequent service between Starr Gate and Little Bispham.

You can take a look at the complete timetable from Sunday 28 August here. Paper timetables will be available in information hubs, hotels, the Tourist Information Centres and libraries.

The illuminations period is the busiest time of the year for our trams so please make sure to leave plenty of time for your journey as if your tram is full, you may be asked to wait for the next one. We'll have teams on the busy tram platforms to help getting you on and off safely.

Fancy seeing the illuminations in a completely unique way? Our Heritage Tram Tours will be running their exceptional Illuminations Tour from Friday 03 September. These popular tours are a hit with all the family so pre-book your space now to avoid disappointment.
