Changes to your services from Sunday 08 November

Following the government announcement of further national restrictions from Thursday 05 November, there will be some minor changes to our services from Sunday 8th November.
Our priority is to make sure that customers who need to travel with us can continue to do so safely. These small changes are so that we can effectively manage our available resources and ensure the safety of our team members.
Most routes will remain unchanged Monday to Friday, including all of our ‘X’ services, and most changes have been made in ‘off peak’ periods such as evenings and weekends.
Our tram service will continue running and will run every 20 minutes during the day and 30 minutes in the evenings to keep you moving.
We’re doing everything we can to play our part in getting essential workers and students where they need to be and have kept any changes as minimal as we possibly can during the current climate.
Mobile App Ticket Pausing
We know that many of our customers will have mobile tickets that they will not be able to use during the period of new restrictions.
From Monday 09 November, any active 30 Day digital tickets purchased via our website/mobile app will automatically be paused if more than 1 day remains on the ticket. This automatic process is to make sure that you won't lose any of your travel if the restrictions have affected your daily journeys.
We also know that many essential workers will still need to make their journeys so, If you still need to travel as normal, simply reactivate your ticket as soon as you need to.
The ticket pausing will only happen once, and if you reactivate your ticket, you won't be able to pause it again at a further date. Please get in touch with our team if you need any assistance with your digital tickets.
Customers still travelling with us should be mindful of the additional measures we have in place to keep you safe and we kindly ask you to wear a face covering at all times unless you are exempt.
