Manchester Christmas Markets Trips

Leave the car at home and take a trip to the Christmas Markets with us. It’s easy to book, super convenient and with Free WiFi, USB Charging and comfy seats; what’s not to love?

How to book

The easiest way to book is with our mobile app. Search Blackpool Transport on the App Store or Google Play. Simply go to the ‘mobile tickets’ section, select which trip you want to book and choose your ticket. Once booked, simply activate your ticket on the day of travel and show your driver as you board.

Haven’t got mobile ticketing? You can purchase a ticket from our Customer Centre on Market Street, Blackpool.

Manchester Christmas Markets

Join us on:

  • Sunday 25th November
  • Sunday 2nd December
  • Wednesday 5th December
  • Sunday 9th December
  • Wednesday 12th December
  • Sunday 16th December
  • Sunday 23rd December

Tickets are priced at just £12 for adults, £6 for children (15 and under) or £30 for a family ticket (2 adults & 3 children or 1 adult and 4 children).

Departures

Trips will depart from New Bonny Street, opposite Coral Island at 10am prompt. The journey is expected to take a maximum of 1 hour & 30 minutes, but will likely be quicker traffic dependent.

Trips will return at 5pm prompt, from Blackfriars Street (M3 2FE) on Deansgate, opposite the Renaissance Hotel. This is also the drop-off location. View a map of the return pickup location.

We will make a short 10-minute comfort stop on the return journey.

Skipton Christmas Markets

Trips to Skipton Christmas Markets will run on:

  • Sunday 2nd
  • Sunday 9th December

Tickets are priced at just £12 for adults, £6 for children (15 and under) or £30 for a family ticket (2 adults & 3 children or 1 adult and 4 children).

Departures

Trips will depart from New Bonny Street, opposite Coral Island at 9am prompt. The journey is expected to take a maximum of 1 hour & 30 minutes, but will likely be quicker traffic dependent. 

Trips will return at 4pm prompt, from Skipton Coach Park (BD23 1ED). This is also the drop-off location. View a map of the return pickup location.

We will make a short 10-minute comfort stop on the return journey.

Garstang Christmas Markets

Join us for an evening at Garstang Christmas Markets on Tuesday 11th December.

Tickets are priced at just £5 for adults and £3 for children (15 and under), or £13 for a family ticket (2 adults & 3 children or 1 adult and 4 children).

Departures

This trip departs from New Bonny Street, opposite Coral Island at 16:30 prompt. The journey is expected to take a maximum of 45 minutes. 

The return trip will depart at 21:15 prompt from High Street, outside the council office. This is also the drop-off location. View a map of the return pickup location.

Due to the nature of each trip and limited availability, all children 15 and under must purchase a child ticket.
Wheelchair users should contact us directly before booking to confirm availability.
Pushchairs, prams, buggies or scooters are not permitted on these journeys due to limited availability.
Tickets are non-transferrable and valid for the date purchased only. By booking you accept that it is your responsibility to ensure you are on the bus 5 minutes before departure and understand that we will be unable to delay departure in the event that you are not onboard the bus at the planned departure time. You will receive a pre-event email from us 3 days before your planned departure with a reminder of the itinerary and key information.
We reserve the right to refuse travel to any person under the influence of excessive alcohol. You are expected to observe other customers on board and remain respectful at all times.
