Due to extensive road closures in the Town Centre, Line 2 & 2C buses will be diverted in Blackpool town centre and will not serve Blackpool North Railway Station for a period of 10 weeks.  

Because of the road works, buses cannot serve Abingdon Street or the Winter Gardens. Instead Line 2/2C will call at a temporary stop at the side of Yates on Talbot Road until 1800 hours; and after 1800 hours Line 2/2C will use stop M1 on Market Street (at the back of the Town Hall). All Line 2/2C buses will also use the stop outside the former Woolworths on Talbot Road but will not serve North Station. The closest stop to the station will be Springfield Road (side of Funny Girls).

Line 2/2C buses will serve the same stops in the town centre in both directions – please check the destination blind of the bus you are boarding.

We apologise for the inconvenience this diversion will cause. This diversion is due to roadworks outside our control. Normal service should resume on 9 May.
