Buses and Trams over Christmas and New Year

Christmas is coming, the bells are ringing, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get around this Christmas.

A complete list of festive timetables can be found by clicking HERE. To help you plan ahead, we've summarised how our bus and tram services will run over the festive period.

Christmas Eve - Saturday 24th December 

Our buses will run a standard Saturday service on Christmas Eve until around 18:00, then a reduced service with last buses on most services running at around 20:00.

Our trams will run on a Saturday service on Christmas Eve until the last departures at:

20:15 Starr Gate – Fleetwood

21:15 Fleetwood – Starr Gate

Christmas Day - Sunday 25th December

There are no buses or trams running on Christmas Day. 

Boxing Day - Monday 26th December

We are running a special Boxing Day service on route 1, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11 & 14 only. Last buses will run at roughly 18:00.

There is no tram service running on Boxing Day.

Tuesday 27th – Friday 30th December

All buses will run on a standard Saturday service on these dates.

All trams will run a normal service on these dates as per published timetables.

New Year's Eve - Saturday 31st December

We'll be running the same level of service as Christmas Eve on our buses on New Year's Eve, please see above. 

Our trams will run to a Saturday service until last departures at:

20:15 Starr Gate – Fleetwood

21:15 Fleetwood – Starr Gate

New Year's Day - Sunday 1st January

Our buses will run to the same level of service on New Year's Day as on Boxing Day, detailed above.

There will be no tram service on New Year's Day.

Monday 2nd January

All buses and trams will run on a standard Saturday service on this day.

Our services will run as normal from 3rd January 2017.
